Brown Rice and Stir fry Veges

In the morning I make 2 cups brown rice mixed with one cup white rice in the rice cooker.

During nap time I chop/dice/slice/wedge pretty small

mushrooms
onions
peppers
celery
apple sausage
grilled chicken from Costco
and anything else you want to throw in...
stir fry 5-10 minutes at the end add hoisen sause to taste.

Blueberries and pomogranite seeds for dessert
